Healing with Yoga Therapy


“Most of us don’t breathe correctly.  After 50+ years of breathing I am still learning!”

While I can help anyone with the practices of Yoga Therapy, I do specialize in working with ages 50+  I like working that demographic because that is where I am too.  So I understand the needs of that age group intimately.  In our second phase of life - ages 50 and beyond, we need to understand that the things we are doing today will affect our life moving forward.  Think about the things you did in your teens through to now.  Maybe those aches and pains in joints, the ways you look at life, how you sleep and eliminate.  Many of the ways we show up today were made by our past few decades.  That gives us a good bit of insight that our actions have consequences.  So lets use that understanding to create POSITIVE impacts that will make the future decades much more enjoyable! Whether you are 50 or 80 and above we need to care for our nervous system, our bodies, and our minds. These are just a few ways in which working with me will give you the satisfaction that your life has many wonderful years to experience the joys of life. Let’s take charge!
