From the Mind of Danny White
“There’s a Breath for That”
Kundalini Yoga
DON’T Google What is Kundalini Yoga. You will go down a rabbit hole that may not give you all the right info. As with most things, Kundalini Yoga can be a most transformative practice but it can and should be approached with caution and skepticism. Sound like fun? Well, it actually is. It is one of the most powerfully transformative practices in the realm of Yoga.
Danny’s Therapeutic Music, Chanting and Kirtan
Therapeutic music? Kirtan? What is that you might be asking. Therapeutic music and kirtan are ways that we can regulate our nervous system and calm our minds. Therapeutic music is finding and listening to or engaging in the “Right Music for Right Now.” And what does that mean?

What is Yoga Therapy
The Therapy part of Yoga Therapy is us working together to create a practice that will support and enhance your situation. That may mean talking about things, or evaluating our habits, patterns, and conditioning. We definitely learn to assess ourselves so as to bring better understanding to us. When we put the two words together changes our whole concept of Yoga and Therapy.
